Yearly enrollment offers the greatest savings and ensures continuous access across both semesters.
All tuition rates are per family unless noted otherwise.
Additional children beyond two(2): +$50 per child per semester.
Volunteer discounts and scholarships may apply.

Semester enrollment renews every six months. Orientation & family visits occur in January and August.

Expansion to grades 8–12 is planned as we grow our team of specialized instructors.
For on-site parents with little ones, our Seedling Program offers a sensory a dedicated zone for sensory and developmental play, allowing parents to a slace even for their littles.

We welcome families ready to sow intentionally and partner with us in cultivating lasting legacy.
To Become a Member Family:

Be Actively Homeschooling or planning to begin at the time of enrollment.
SNG Academy supports and supplements home education, it does not replace it. -
Commit to One Full Semester or Year within the chosen pathway.
Our rhythm and results come from consistency and relationship. -
Attend a Welcome Day (January or August)
Experience the atmosphere, meet coaches, and connect with other families before beginning your first term. -
Stay Connected
Participate in Cultivator Meetings, keep communication open through our Family Portal, and watch your garden flourish. -

If it’s a good fit, you’ll receive a personalized Welcome Invitation, a warm introduction to the community and next steps for orientation. -
Select Your Pathway & Confirm Membership
Once confirmed, you’ll receive your official Membership Approval Letter, member portal access, and your Family Growth Binder during Welcome Week.
After You've Applied
Within days of applying, you’ll receive:
- A confirmation email with your Cultivation Call link
- A document checklist (emergency contacts, allergies, family profile)
- A pathway recommendation best suited to your family
- An orientation invitation
- Your acceptance packet after orientation

No. Sow N Grow Academy is a learning and enrichment community that supports homeschool families.
We are not a traditional school; we’re a hub of connection, mentorship, and experiential education designed to complement your family’s homeschooling journey.
Membership is open to homeschool families with learners in grades K-12.
Our Support Path currently serves grades K-7, while older learners participate through our Enrichment Studios and community experiences.
We also offer a Seedling Program for parents attending on-site with children ages 0-3.
Yes. Our process is simple but intentional.
Families begin with a Family Interest Form, followed by a Cultivation Call to determine alignment and the best membership path.
Accepted families receive a Welcome Invitation, and after confirmation, a formal Membership Approval Letter.

Families can join year-round, but our main enrollment seasons align with our Welcome Days in January (Spring) and August (Fall).
Joining before a new term ensures your family can take full advantage of all opportunities.
Annual and semester memberships renew with confirmation before the next term.
Families will receive renewal reminders, contribution options, and updates on any program changes before deciding to continue.
Absolutely. Families are welcome to attend a Mini Garden Tour or one of our open community events to experience our atmosphere before joining.
You’ll receive your Membership Approval Letter, Family Portal access, and a Welcome Guide outlining upcoming events, class schedules, and community opportunities.
We’ll officially greet you during our next Welcome Day and provide your Family Growth Binder on-site.
We understand that seasons of life change, and we’ve designed our memberships with that in mind.

Monthly Members may pause, upgrade, or cancel with a 30-day notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Semester & Yearly Members may request a review to adjust their plan if major family or scheduling changes occur.
Because our programs are relationship-based and space-limited, cancellations after a term begins are reviewed individually. We want to ensure transitions are handled with care, clarity, and respect for both your family and our community rhythm.
